On April 29, 2015, Martin Biesenberger, a resident at Life Care Center of Westminster, Colorado, flew out to Wisconsin to fulfill his dream.
Biesenberger had been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and his daughter, Marlane Garcia, knew that he wanted to see his granddaughter and her family again, and especially to go fishing with his great-grandchildren. She wanted to help make this happen and nominated her father for the Wish of a Lifetime program through SeniorWish.org.
